Phyllis Ann Breier Davis

Phyllis was born in Buffalo, NY, November 22, 1931, a daughter of the late John Peter Breier and Anne Berlinger Breier. She worked at the High Point Regional Hospital Nursery for many years as a secretary and also was an Avon representative. Phyllis was deeply loved by her family and many friends. She was a faithful member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Phyllis was also an avid sports fan. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, David Horace “Jeff” Davis, who died in 2011.

Surviving are five daughters, Ann Gay Davis, Joyce Lee Sparks and husband David, Laura Sue Pyrkos and late husband Stephen, Mary Beth Condrey and husband Jerry, Donna Marie Morison and husband Jeff; a son, David John Davis and wife Lisa; a sister, Marianne Kelsey; a brother, John Breier, Jr; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church by Father Pragasam. The family will receive friends at Davis Funerals and Cremations Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of the Piedmont.
