My grandfather was awesome! He always had time for me, no matter what was going on. He's the reason I love sports. He's the reason I went into the Army. A hard worker, never lazy, always had a kind word to share, and a good ear to listen. As a child, and teenager he was the only man I looked up to. He had his faults, but more than anything he had a great heart. I will always remember our talks about the Army, and Hawaii. I'm smiling and crying for you. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART!

When I was seven or eight Uncle Ralph made me some wooden furniture for my Barbies. They have been played with and loved for several generations now. My friends were alway envious of them!
Another thing I remember about Uncle Ralph was that no matter what he had on, no matter what the cost, he always looked very neat and put together in appearance. He and Aunt Mary were such a good looking couple!
Rest In Peace Uncle Ralph.
