Reva Shane Locklear, age 35, gained her wings and Our Lord called her home December 8,2023, from her battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
Reva was born May 3, 1988, in Scotland County, a daughter to Timmy Locklear Sr. and Debora Ann Locklear. Reva worked at Sheff's in Pembroke for many years managing the kitchen for Mrs. Janice Sheffield until they changed hands and eventually closed. They became close personal friends. Reva loved to bake cakes. Her biggest love was her children who were Reva's world! It was an everlasting and unconditional love between them all. She enjoyed doing yard work and planting flowers for her Grandma Pearlie. They had gotten exceptionally close and shared a loving bond. She previously began college at Robeson Community College attempting a culinary degree and was more recently in the process of obtaining a business degree from Richmond Community College. She thought well of the teachers she became close with during ventures at both colleges. Reva was a social butterfly and loved interacting with people. She had a heart as big as the world and would do anything for anybody.
