At other times she worked at Adam Millis in the Hosiery Division. Her last professional position was in Quality Control at Archdale Mfg. Her favorite job was working at home, taking care of her husband and daughters!
She loved various activities including riding her tandem bicycle, as long as she was with her husband,” her David.” They loved to visit the Outer Banks! Now our Momma and Mee-Maw has returned to our Daddy and Pee-Paw and to their little terrier, Happy, who made it up to Heaven a few years before either of them! What a happy reunion! For those who know Shirley best, they know she will be painting Heaven pink with her Savior’s approval!
