Alan M. Smolarek of Davisburg, passed away March 9, 2016 at age 60. Loving life partner of Susan Rotramel Kent for 35 years. Beloved brother of David (Louise) Smolarek. Cherished uncle to Adam (Martha) Smolarek, Joel Smolarek and Dennis (Melissa) Poszywak. Al enjoyed the outdoors, nature and spending time on the lake. He was very patriotic and proud of his country. He loved his pets and will be especially missed by Spud the dog and Spike the cat. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, March 14, 2016 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Rd.
