Ardith June Carr Jones, age 89 passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Ashley Court of Brighton. Ardith formerly resided in Haines City, Florida for many years. She is survived by her children; Gary Carr, Paul (Janet) Carr and Richard Carr; 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands Owen Jones and William Carr, her son William A.Carr II and her brother Paul Montgomery. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 East Highland Rd. Highland, Michigan 48356. The family will greet visitors from 12 noon until the time of services. Those planning an expression of sympathy may consider the Alzheimer's Association.
