The one thing I will always remember about Barb was her zest for life. She had a way of making you feel instantly comfortable the first time you met her.
I will miss all of the girl's nights out and our adventures to the theater together like The Little Black Dress! We had some great laughs and I look forward to playing golf with you and drinking a glass of wine again in heaven! You were a class act,  Barb and I loved you. ❤

Ruth Ann - moms nurse from Beaumont attended her celebration. She told me how special my mother was to her. She called mom several times to try to comfort her. She even called me to say if I needed anything she would help. She he’d my mom and cried with her the last time they were together. A special thank you to a real hero. Ruth Ann Pendergrast

Bill and I are out of town and won’t be able to attend the celebration today.  However, we will do a special moment of silence and pray for her peaceful new life.

I met barb when I was 17 and dating her daughter   , she loved to golf and go on trips .  Our favorite was when we would go to Volaries together and sit at the bar ,,  

She moved in with Cindy and In April 2020 after surgery for ovarian cancer , the last 2 years  we spent a lot of time together , Cindy and I took her on trips all over the world she loved to travel ,
The last trip Cindy & I took her to Nassau Bahamas  with my parents and uncle frank this past February and made some great memories for sure ,

In her final day when 
God called her to heaven , she was in peace ,and I held her hand when she took her last breath on earth,.  I will see you in heaven , Amen

Your Mom on the left. She and 2 other friends in LaGrange got a 40th surprise birthday together for me. We had already celebrated with lunches and wild and crazy gifts in a restaurant that week so this was a complete and wonderful surprise. These 3 crazy ladies gave me a black and white bucket full of black jelly beans. They said to dig around in it to see what else was in it. Well when I was feeling my way around in these slippery jelly beans I found something made of rubber and as I shoved it back into the beans the four of us were laughing so hard we were practically crying. Don’t you know the restaurant manager came laughing and said he wanted to see what was so funny. Of course I wouldn’t show him. He laughed to and said that with the 4 of us he knew it had to be good.
