I will always remember Carol as such a sweet, fun person going back all those years ago when everyone would come "North" for New Years and visits in between as well. She made the best lasagna ever and even brought it once to our cottage in Ontario, all the way from downstate (Livonia-?).

I visited Mom the day before she passed away. Do to social distancing our visits had to be a few feet apart and had to be outside. We were able to sit by the beautiful lake outside of the home where she was living. We talked about how good it felt to sit in the sun and the beautiful day it was. Mom was feeling so full of life on this day.
She just had her hair cut, her makeup done and was very chatty this day. I will always feel so blessed having this last memory of her she 💞 I took this picture of her the day before she passed 💞
