Beloved wife of 30 years to the late Ed Ostrander, dear mother of Frank (Colette) Cipponeri, Joseph (Tracey) Cipponeri and Micheal (Heather) Cipponeri; proud grandmother of Tony, Corine, Chelsa, Allen and Allison. Ceil a retiree of General Motors was a terrific mother, grandmother and friend who loved to shop and enjoy a good meal. She touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service 11 am Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at The Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home 3295 E. Highland Rd. The family will welcome friends Tuesday 1 – 9 pm. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery. Memorials suggested to the Disabled American Veterans.
