Loving father of Angela (Paul) Brown and the late William "Billy" Austin. Proud grandfather of Rachel Hackney, Zachary (Emily) Hackney, Kendall Beck (Aaron) and Kennedy Beck. Treasured great-grandfather of Ashton, Lilian, Bentley, Macy, Mileyann, Aria, Waylon and the late Jameson. Brother of Rick (Karen) Austin, David (Lisa) Austin, Barbara Blackburn and the late Ruthanne Austin and Jeanne Beringer. He is also survived by his former wife, Levada Giesey.
Mr. Austin was a Vietnam Navy Veteran. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. He loved classic cars and hot rods and had been a member of the Flaming Pistons and Heavy Chevy Club. He will be dearly missed by all.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 21, 2022 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm. Interment will take place at Crescent Hills Cemetery in Waterford.
