Dennis, I didn't know you well in high school, but you were always friendly and inclusive of everyone in your mischief. And, as I have seen you at reunions, you have continued to do so. My sympathy to all of your family. Andrée Garner

As I read all the messages, Dennis, I thought about our last full conversation. We talked about your life, the meaning of it, your childhood, your parents, raising Amy & Mike,and now having grandchildren and you wondered if your life meant anything.  Well friend, I was right when I told you that you touched more lives than you were aware of.  You have left many people with very fond memories of you. Now you are with others in heaven, who all last week were busy getting a party ready for your arrival. My heart goes out to Jo, Amy & Gary, Mike & Kim, Martha & Barbara, Linda & all your grandchildren as they let you go believing that one day they will be reunited with you. I was so glad Keith & I were able to see Dennis last August.  We laughed, played card, and drink some LOL.  That is how I will remember Dennis laughing and having a good time.  Love to all the family Members.  BeBe Mumper

I will miss conversation with Dennis, we last talked at the 50th Class Reunion. We discussed his life events.
In high school, we were pitchers on the baseball team. In practice in the gym,
Dennis threw a fastball into the cinder block wall creating a hole in it! The whole team laughed!

And you were so much fun with Tony when he would get in your face while you were shaving and he would get you to laughing till you cried. Denny, what memories the class of FHS '61 has of you!  Accepting a date with Dennis Berling meant we got to ride in a new car from his dad's car dealership lot.  We laughed about that at our last reunion; he always thought it was because all the girls had crushes on him!   Great fun and friendships in those days; so nice we all stayed in touch through the years.
