Evelyn Jean Jones, age 76, of Walled Lake, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022. Left to cherish her memory are her two children: Lisa (Michael) Duval, and David (Laura) Jones; her three grandchildren: Jack, Ezra, and Ziva; and her two siblings: Ken Murawski and Joann Baldridge..
Evelyn was born July 22, 1945, in Detroit, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Stephen and Anna (Zdebski) Murawski. Throughout her life, Evelyn loved to take care of her children, who she loved so dearly. In her free time, she enjoyed watching sports; especially the Detroit Lions and Tigers! She also had fond memories made on family trips to the cottage up north. She was a wonderful woman who will be greatly missed.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Anna; her son, Dean Jones; six of her siblings: Nancy, Steve, Frank, Walter, Barb, and Carol; and her ex husband, George Jones.
In accordance with Evelyn’s wishes, cremation will take place. No public services have been scheduled. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions in Evelyn’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.
