Ida M. Walton of Hartland, passed away February 7, 2018 at 79 years of age. Loving mother of Terri (Clint) Augustine, Diana (Brian Michelin) Grace, Willie Walton, Mark Walton, Sandy (Richard) McNeil and Patti Walton. Proud grandmother of Chad Augustine, Chelsea Augustine and Joshua McNeal. Sister of Mal (Dani) Whalen, Dan (Barbara) Whalen, Rosemary (Dennis) Embo, Carol Hobbs, Dorothy (Chuck) Becker, Pat (Hester) Whalen, Sharon Whalen, Cathy Brzys and the late Bill Whalen. Preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm and Rose (nee Prebosky) Whalen.
Mrs. Walton was a member of Church of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
A memorial mass will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Church of the Holy Spirit, 3700 Harvey Lake Road in Highland. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions suggested to the church.
