Irene Corpus

Loving mother of Domingo (Cecelia) Corpus and Raul (Kim) Corpus. Proud grandmother of Carissa Corpus and Gabrielle (Benjamin Dobrowolski) Corpus. Sister of Anita (Jose) Flores, O'Linda (Jesus) Gonzalez, Adela (Pedro) Hernandez and Rose Cruz. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, Raul Cruz-Gonzalez and Mario Gonzalez.

Mrs. Corpus was a member of the Red Hat Society. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, drawing, puzzles, crafts and gardening. She was a very creative lady and her many talents will be very much missed by all.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at the funeral home. Irene will then be interred at Mt. Hope Catholic Cemetery in Pontiac, Michigan immediately following the funeral service.
