Jacob Sunich, age 26, of Commerce Township, passed away April 16, 2017. Beloved son of Mark Hammond and Cynthia Sunich. Cherished brother of Jason Hammond and Hunter Hammond. Treasured grandson of Gordon Busfield and the late Virginia Busfield, and Jack Hammond and the late Shirley Hammond. Dear nephew of Vicki Grafmiller, Richard Grafmiller, Lynn (Al) Walters, Nancy (Ed) Daniels, Jim Hammond and John Hammond. Jacob will be missed by numerous other family and friends.
