Beloved husband of Hazel for 59 years. Loving father of Robert (Jia) Stoner and Greg (Jillian) Stoner. Proud grandfather of Branden Chen and Emilia Beth. Jeff had one sister, Linda Sue Johns (Thomas) who preceded him in death (2022). Sister-in-law, Heather Ann Oliveira (Frank) and brother-in-law, Clifford Maunder (Sarah Peer). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Jeff was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 11, 1943, to Howard Avery and Edith Cross Stoner. He was a proud US Army Veteran who served during the Vietnam era. In 2007, he retired from Ford Motor Company as a Senior Model Developer after many years of dedicated service. He was a member of the NSRA (National Street Rod Association) and the South Lyon Cowtown Cruisers car club. He loved street rods and cars. His gentle heart and kind smile will be very much missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be forthcoming. Mr. Stoner will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
