Loving father of Mason and Emmalynn Lucille Heaton. Proud son of Teresa Ann and the late Ronald Gene Heaton. Beloved brother of Brian Jay Heaton and proud grandson of Carzell Heaton. He was the so loved nephew of Valerie Whittington, Carl (Pat) Heaton, David Hatfield and Arthur Heaton.
Joshua loved spending time with his two children. Following in his father's footsteps, Joshua worked for the IBEW Local 17 as a Journeyman lineman. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and was an avid fan of the Ohio State University football team. He will be very much missed by his family and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 14, 2025 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm.
