Wife of Jim. Loving mother of Colton Strong and Michelle Fravala. Proud Ooma of Jameson and Layla Fravala. Daughter of Shirley Beesley and the late Jim Penner. Sister of Cheryl Miller and Connie Lukasik. She is also survived by her aunt, Alice Kearns and her treasured fur babies, Winston, Marilyn and Bambi.
Julie Loved her grandchildren more than anything and cherished every moment. She was an avid Rod Stewart fan, loved traveling to Florida and enjoyed the peacefulness and serenity of the ocean. She will be very much missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm until the time of the service at 3:00pm and continue to gather after the service until 5:00pm.
