Patricia Ann Lewellen

Patricia A. Lewellen, age 90 of Highland, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2026 surrounded by her family. Pat was the proud co-owner of Computer Facilities, where she took great pride in the business she helped build. She also served on the White Lake Twp. Library Board, a fitting role for someone who had such a genuine love of books and learning. Pat was an avid reader. She was always eager to discover something new. She believed there was always more to learn. Her curiosity and love of learning were an important part of who she was.

Pat had a wonderful adventurous side. She enjoyed water skiing and riding motorcycles, embracing the freedom of being outdoors. She was a member of the Michigan Opera Theatre, reflecting her appreciation for music, culture, and the arts.

Pat was a collector of many things. If she found something pretty or interesting, it became part of her collection. She adored animals and had remarkable compassion for every living creature. She faithfully cared for many of the animals around her home on White Lake. Generations of Swans, Geese, Ducks, Cranes, Racoons and Opossums could count on Pat for a meal. Her two cats also hold a special place her heart.

In her later years, Pat worked as an administrative assistant at Elton Black and Son Funeral Home in Highland, Michigan before retiring.

Nothing brought more joy to Pat than her family. She treasured spending time with them.

Beloved wife of the late Albert Lewellen III, loving mother of Allison (Richard) Stubbs, Michelle (Dave Oheim) Kuzma and Albert (Audrey) Lewellen IV; grandmother of Gary (Megan) Libkuman, Andrea (Morgan) Holloway and Albert Lewellen V; great-grandmother of Leah; sister of the late Merriam, Helen, and Robert.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 East Highland Rd., Highland, MI 48356. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm and on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of service.

Memorial donations may be made to the Michigan Opera Theatre or the Michigan Humane Society.
