Richard is survived by his wife, Carol, as well as his children Wayne (Susan) Presley and Renee (Robert) Sexton. Richard was a loving grandfather to Michael (Jessica) Presley, Abby (Colin) Hagen, Chloe (Zachary) Szajner, Mitchell Sexton, and Nicholas Sexton, and a proud great-grandfather of four great-grandchildren. Richard is also survived by his sister, Susan (the late Jim) Burek.
Richard is preceded in death by his daughter Darlene, his parents, James and Barbara, as well as his brother, Jim Presley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ted Lindsay Foundation (Impacting Autism) 4062 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48098 in honor of Richard’s memory.
Richard will be laid to rest at All Saints Cemetery in Waterford, Michigan in accordance with his wishes.
