Robert A. Stager of White Lake, passed away January 18, 2017 at 91 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy. Loving father of Paul (Rita) Stager, Roberta (Duane) Freda, Richard (Karen) Stager, Judith Stager, William (Sue) Stager, Sharon (James) Steplitus, Patricia (Frank) Broome and Stephanie (Erik) Wollesen. Treasured grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Brother of Ruth (Robert) Cadotte and Winifrod Swoffer. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, January 23, 2017 at Church of the Holy Spirit, 3700 Harvey Lake Road in Highland. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road and Monday at church from 10:00 am until the time of service. Mr. Stager will be reunited with his wife at Great Lakes National Cemetery on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
