Shirley was a remarkable woman—spirited, kindhearted, and endlessly devoted to those she loved. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures: a good bowl of ice cream, a refreshing walk, and the satisfaction of caring for her family. Though she never drove, nothing ever slowed her down. She was constantly in motion—keeping her home in order, tending to her loved ones, and even preparing special meals for the family dogs, who adored her gentle care.
Her feisty spirit and boundless energy were trademarks of who she was. Above all, Shirley cherished her grandchildren and took great pride in helping to raise Tom and Tommy, who held a very special place in her heart.
Shirley will be remembered as a devoted caregiver, a steadfast presence, and a woman whose warmth and strength enriched the lives of everyone around her.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Sisk and Lynda Lee Cole; her grandchildren, Misty, Jennifer, Thomas, Nicole, Dennis, Kelly, Jody, Brent, Andrea, Shannell, and Amber; and her great-grandchildren, Thomas, Alec, Makenzie, Joe, Anthony, Dennis, Autumn, Joe, Lauryn, Cody, Kari, Michael, Marissa, Rebecca, Taylor, Jordan, Hannah, and Jacqueline. She is also survived by two great-great-grandchildren.
Shirley was preceded in death by her sister Frieda and her brother Rubin.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services are scheduled at this time.
