

Born on February 26, 1946 in Saginaw, Michigan. Tom was an extraordinary person who was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Tom attended Wayne State University where he obtained his law degree and he practiced as a lawyer for 50+ years. He was steadfast in his commitment to his work as a lawyer and had a deep enthusiasm for law and politics. He was well known for his sharp memory and intellect, the wisdom he passed on to his grandchildren, and for the poise and stoicism he possessed. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, Detroit sport and spending time with his family. One of his greatest passions was helping his grandchildren succeed, and excel in academia.
He was preceded in death by his Son, Darrin Miller, Parents, Hank and Betty Miller, and Siblings Henry (Sherry) Miller, Pat (Herb) Stuck.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, MaryAnn Miller; his sister Dawn Jensen, brother Denny (Deb) Miller, his stepchildren, Steve (Arlene) Bacha and Sherri OBerry; and his beloved grandchildren Dakota, Skylar, Haley (Matt) Jones, Liam, and Justin, to whom he was the most loving "poppie."
Tom was a tremendous man that had a positive significant impact on the lives of many, especially his family. A brilliant mind, devoted heart, and a life that lifted everyone around him. He will never be forgotten and his legacy will be carried forward by his family.
A service will be held on January 18th, 2026 at Links of Novi at 1pm.
