My dearest condolences to the ZELONY family. From the DENSTEADT family 

Tom knew how to bring out the best in all of us, even when we didn't feel like laughing or smiling, he knew just how to make it happen! I'll never forget all the years of going up to 'Never Done' for the family reunions and even when I would be shy and quiet, he would know exactly what to say or do to pull me out of my shell. He put up with all the antics the little cousins would do to him when he would be napping and would always be up for fun and adventure. He was like a big kid who never knew a stranger and always had the best stories to tell. Tom was literally bigger than life itself and a legend in his own right! I highly doubt anyone will ever forget him or the light he still shines down on all of us and still manages to makes us laugh and smile even on days like this with the stories we remember from him! 

Dear Gary and family, I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing.  I don't have to tell you what a great guy your brother was.  In high school he was always willing to help everyone out with just about anything, and his humor was  so unique.  I saw  him at our 50th class reunion and he looked great and sounded so confident and strong about life.  He called me last year to let me know about Peggy Ruttman and he sounded great then.  He will be missed by so many people and just know that we send our prayers and condolences to all of you.

I'll always remember all the good times we shared. Vacations, tubing down the river, but most of all snowmobiling up north at your dads. Always a lot of fun when we had a big group show up.
You will be missed at our holiday table. They won't be the same without you Tom.

Tom has been my neighbor since 2014. He was always looking out for my boys and I.  He was a wonderful neighbor. He was not afraid to put my teenage sons to work.  Always looking out for us. All the little things he did. We will surely miss him. Especially the teasing.  R.I.P. my friend.

We are all in sadness over the unexpected loss of our dear friend, and cousin Tom.  I grew up with both Tom and Gary.  I always looked forward to going to their house on Berwyn St. as well as their Grandmothers farm.  Aunt Ann and Uncle Walter always looked after us, and always allowed us to have our fun.  Tom was part of the gang and almost always was that spark that got the fun going.  We all experienced his teasing, joking and his loud laughter.  And who remembers Tom with that accordion...he was great!  Tom was a compassionate person.  I often saw Tom extend his kindness and compassion to our Grandma Dmytryszyn, both when she was well and living on Faust, and when she was not and living on Berwyn.  I know he also looked after other family members when they were ill or just feeling down.  Tom regularly checked on folks whether in hospitals or care centers.  That was the kindness and compassion of Tom that we all loved.
 Memories of Tom....Tom loved fast cars.  There was the New Yellow Oldsmobile Convertible  that had a memorable drive thru Hines Park. And of course Toms new Red Oldsmobile 442 with the Hurst Shifter.  My father, who in his day also liked to have fun with cars, asked Tom if he could have his keys and take the 442 for a short drive.  Without a thought Tom gave him the keys.  Once on Berwyn and with Tom watching,  my father placed his foot firmly on the brake and  punched the accelerator, "burning rubber with blue smoke everywhere" and leaving a long black streak down Berwyn St.  I thought Tom was going to lose it right then and there.  Make no mistake, Tom panicked big time, but they both had a good time in that moment and talked about that test drive for years.  My father respected and admired Tom, and Tom always enjoyed being with my father.  And of course the family reunions at the lake.  Tom always went the extra mile to make sure everyone had fun. We will miss you, but we know you are with God and family...may you rest in peace-

Bye camp commander!!  Thanks for making my earlier deer camp days unforgettable.  The taste of blackberry brandy still makes me gag.  Rest In Peace. Jimmy Joe. 

Family gatherings sure wont be the same with you gone. RIP Tom. You will be missed by so many.

Tom always put a smile on my face  always was a big part of our community. My sincere  condolences to the Zelony family. Tom will be  so missed.

Tom and my brother Denis Priniski were close friends in High School. Life took them in different directions. 
My brother got married 50 yrs ago last month and I drove to the wedding with my parents in Pa. Well, I had to get home so it was my first time flying...Tom sat next to me and calmed my fears!!  I have never forgotten that!  Rest well dear friend!!
