Wilford “Willie” A. Nitz, age 87, of Waterford, passed away October 21, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Agnes L. Nitz. Loving father of Michael (Jill) Nitz, Timothy (Dorie) Nitz and the late Randy (Kim) Nitz. Dear step-father of Margaret (Phil) Hanson, Diane Batchelor, Norman (Marie) Batchelor, Joseph Batchelor and Susan (Mike) McCullough. Proud grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 15. Cherished brother of Wilbur Lee (Sylvia) Nitz and Barbara (James) Ham. Preceded in passing by his grandson, Shad Schooley. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 10:00am until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00pm at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road, Highland. Inurnment at All Saints Cemetery, Waterford.
