Surrounded by her children, Arleen Kaye Brough Seidner passed away Friday, March 20, 2015 in Holland, Michigan. She was 76 years old. She was born in Fairbury, Illinois, to Arleen M. Schade Brough and Benjamin E. Brough. She grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana with sister Margery A. Brough Bogasch and brother Benjamin D. Brough. She graduated from Garfield High School in 1956 and attended Indiana State University (ISU).

When her children were older, she worked in administrative support at Madison Junior High School. Later, she worked at ISU, and eventually, she retired from the Holland Sentinel newspaper in Holland, Michigan.
Kaye was the ultimate mother and homemaker. She enjoyed decorating her home and sewing projects for her family including making quilts, teddy bears, Christmas stockings, pillows, and slipcovers. Her long summer visits with her family were highlights each year. She will be remembered for all this and for her silly sense of humor, love of laughing until she cried, and her devotion to her family.

(Brian) Fitzpatrick and Cynthia A. Seidner all of Holland, Michigan; sons Douglas A. (Angela) Seidner of New Albany, Indiana and Christopher M.
