Carl was born in Holland, July 24, 1940 to James and Cornelia (Zeedyke) DePree. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked for Ed Quinn Excavating for many years as a mechanic and truck driver.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Gerald Witteveen, and a sister-in-law Julie DePree.
He is survived by his brothers Gordon DePree and Bruce DePree; 2 nieces, 1 nephew, many extended family and friends.
A private burial will take place in Graafschap Cemetery.
