Evelyn J. Beukema

She was a lifetime member of First Christian Reformed Church of Zeeland. She was employed for many years with Zeeland Hospital and continued to volunteer her time there for many years after.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Cornelius (Casey) Beukema, and her brothers John and Jacob Smith.

She is survived by her children Paul (Beth) Beukema of Rehoboth, MA; Daniel (Rose) Beukema of Zeeland; Jill (Paul) Kloosterman of Zeeland; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Sally Smith, Emily Veltema and Connie VanGelderen; and sister and brother-in-law Ruth and Al Fraam.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to Gentiva Hospice, and special thanks to the staff of the Lakeshore Building at American House, for their devoted care.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015, from 4:00-7:00pm, at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland. A private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will take place privately at Zeeland Cemetery
