Helen Bolks

Helen was the daughter of John and Sena Hoffman of Hamilton, Michigan. She was a member of Haven Reformed Church where she taught Catechism for over 25 years. Helen was a very special lady, she had the heart of love and compassion for everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her son Carl Bolks; a brother Arthur Hoffman and a nephew Bud Hoffman.

Surviving are her husband of 64 years, Vernon Bolks of Zeeland; 2 daughters Kathie (Michael) Eding of Hamilton, and Diane (Daniel) Disselkoen of Zeeland; grandchildren Kelli Klingenberg (Gary), Marcy Burton (Travis), Laura Bolks, Nicholas Disselkoen (Sarah), Tony Disselkoen, Daniel Joe Disselkoen; great grandchildren, Ethan Klingenberg, Tyler Klingenberg, Traycen Burton, Maddy Burton, Max Burton, Abby Disselkoen; nephew Lloyd (Karal) Hoffman; special friend, Theresa Overbeek; cousins and many extended family and friends.

Funeral services are planned for 2pm Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Haven Reformed Church, 4691 Oak St., Hamilton with Pastor Chris Timmer. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Hamilton.

Visitation is planned for Monday, from 4-7pm at Haven Reformed Church.
