Howard R. Kole

Howie is survived by his wife of 65 years, Elizabeth (Betty) Kole; children, James and Nancy Kole, Richard and Bea Kole, and Charles and Nora Kole; grandchildren, Jennifer and Paul Solis, Scott and Leslie Kole, Daniel and Racheal Kole, Eric Kole, Isabel and Jason Blank, Danny (Joey) and Annette Sifuentez, Lauren Villarreal, Kevin Kole, and Katelyn and Alyen (AJ) Kelley; 17 great grandchildren; in-laws, Robert and Eleanor (Elle) Kuiper.

Howie was preceded in death by his parents, Marinus and Jane Kole; in-laws, Raymond and Lois Kuiper; brother’s Paul Kole and Robert Kole; and sister, Patricia Kole Schreur.

Howie was a past member of Central Park Reformed Church and a current member of Christ Memorial Church

Howie owned and operated his own business, Kole’s Texaco Service, later known as Kole’s Total Service. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was admired by all and will be sadly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Holland, Appledorn Assisted Living, or a charity of one’s choice.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 6-8:00pm with Funeral Services Wednesday, July 1, 2015, 11:00am both in the Chapel at Christ Memorial Church, 595 Graafschap Rd. (Please use entrance D and E).
