Irene Alma Bos

Irene was a member of North St. Christian Reformed Church. She worked as a nurse’s aide for Woodhaven for many years before retiring.

Preceding her in death was her husband Elmer Bos, and her loving daughter Lila Shelley.

She is survived by her daughter Karen (Carl) Patterson of Highland, MI; Son Loren (Diane) Bos of Zeeland; son-in-law, Dr Timothy (Sandra) Shelley of Eau Claire, WI; 5 grandchildren, Cory (Jamie) Patterson, Cassie and Hannah Bos, Brandon (Genevieve) Shelley, Eric Shelley; great granddaughters, Emma and Claire Shelley; Step granddaughter Nicole Shelley; in-laws, Bernice Nykamp, Delbert (Rose Marie) Bos, Irvin (Mariane) Bos, John (Betty) Bos, Jerry (Diane) Bos; many extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Lakeshore Memorial Services. Burial will be in Zeeland Cemetery.

Visitation is planned for Wednesday from 6-8:00pm and Thursday from 10:00am until the time of the service on Thursday at Lakeshore Memorial.
