
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Virginia Bowerman Nash (Jinny); son, Douglas Allen Nash; grandchildren, Shyla Rae Nash and Jakob Nash of Holland; brother, Terry Nash; sister, Mary L. Smith (Burton); sisters-in-law, Gladys Nash and Edna Nash; mother-in-law, Winifred Bowerman; sisters-in-law, Judy VanOmmen (Ron VanOmmen, deceased), Mel Bowerman (Bill Bowerman, deceased); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Don and Bob Nash; sisters and brother-in-law, June and Glenn DeJonge, Donna Mae and Gene VanSlooten, Ethelyn and Gil Johnson, Dorothy and Bern Van Oort.
Jack served in the Army 1955-1961. He was a carpenter by trade, and established the “House that Jack built” making dollhouses that gave joy to people throughout the country and made dollhouses until he went to his eternal home in heaven.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held on Saturday January 2, 2015, 1 p.m. at Christ Memorial Chapel 595 Graafschap Rd., Entrance D with a visitation to follow.
