Mr Williams was a member of First Baptist Church of Holland. He retired from Hart and Cooley after over 30 years of service. In his leisure time, he could be found tending to his hobby of Bee Keeping and wood working.
The Williams family would like to express a sincere thank you to Copper Harbor at Freedom Village and Hospice of Holland for the special care they provided for Mr. Williams, especially the RN’s, CNA, and Aids.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Williams; son Jim (Marcia) Williams and daughter Lisa (Bob) Hulst; 7 Grandchildren, Stephanie, Ryan (Katie), Staci (Trevor), Jodi, Janell, Travis, Marissa; 10 great grandchildren; siblings, Bill (Ellen) Williams, Robert (Peggy) Williams, Shirley Gray, Russell Williams, Sarah Williams; in laws, Margaret Kehrwecker, Thomas Albin, Ken Albin, Earl (Carol) Albin; many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at First Baptist Church, 1066 E. 8th St., Holland. Pastor Bruce Sabados will officiate. Burial will be in North Holland Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday, from 12noon until the time of the service at First Baptist.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels or to Kids Food Basket.
