Jane Nyland

Jane Nyland, age 99, passed away peacefully at Appledorn Living Center in Holland on Thursday, June 9, 2016. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Jane lived in Appledorn for the past 7 years and has many friends in the Appledorn family. Jane was a member of Beechwood Reformed Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Nyland in 1995 and by her daughter Beverly Johnson. Jane is survived by her son Warren and Mary Lou Nyland of Holland, her son-in-law Richard Johnson of Holland; her grandchildren Pam Bruuremsa, Greg and Lori Teusink, Steve Johnson, Jennifer Johnson and William Nachazel, Dawn Middlecamp, Mike and Crystal Nyland, Steve and Jillian Nyland; her great-grandchildren Matt and Katie Bruuresma, Kyle and Kristin Bruursema, Cory Bruuresma, Jason and Stephanie Teusink, Katie Ludlow, Gayle Skiles, David Skiles, Ryan Johnson, Mandy and Brandon McDonald, Lillian, Trenton and Deacon Nyland, Colton Nyland; great-great-grandchildren Braydon Skiles, Payton and Zachary Teusink. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-laws Julia Woldring, Pearlene Schippa, Jeanne Nyland, Harvey and Bev Nyland; and by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be Sunday, June 12, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, in Holland. Rev. Dr. Dawn Vagle will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
