Jason Adam Clements

Jason was born in Zeeland on September 5, 1978, to Don and Sharon Clements. He graduated from West Ottawa High School in 1996 and was passionate in his work as a graphic designer. Jason was also an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt.

Jason was preceded in death by his father Don Clements and by his grandparents Melvin and Faye Poole.

Jason is survived by his mother Sharon Clements, his brothers Daniel and Scott Clements; his future sister-in-law Terry Hoezee; and his grandparents Don and Arlene Clements of Ludington. He is also survived by his Aunt Denise and Uncle George Offord of Lockport, IL; Uncle Ron and Aunt Sue Poole of Zeeland; cousins Kylea Poole, Kyle and Andrea Poole and great cousin Ian Poole. Jason is also survived by his beloved labs Remington and Raven.

A private family graveside service will take place.
