Joey was born in Holland June 4, 1987 to Jose Sr and Sylvia Velazquez. He graduated from West Ottawa High School in 2005 at was an Entrepreneur. Joey will be fondly remembered for his Sneaker collection and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Jose Sr. and Sylvia Velazquez; children Dominique, Damian, and Demitri; girlfriend Karyn Herrema; sisters Jessica (Jose Castaneda) Bernal and Rachel (Renato) Recillas; nieces and nephews, Angela, Angel, Cristal, and Renato; many extended family and friends.
A graveside service celebrating Joey’s life will be 10:00am Saturday, September 18, 2021 at North Holland Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday, September 17 from 1-3:00pm and 6-8:00pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
