Judy was born in Zeeland and was a graduate of Zeeland High School. She worked for the Holland Country Club for over 30 years and loved and had a passion for taking care of people.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband Ronald W. Kobes Nov. 9, 2010.
She is survived by her children, Christian and Sarah Kleinjans, Jerome and Janet Thomas-Kobes, Lynn Kobes and Hamid Habibi; 5 Grandchildren, Benjamin Kleinjans and Jackson Kleinjans, Ian (Julie) Kobes, Evan (Sarah) Kobes, Robyn Kobes; 1 great grandson, Andrew; a brother, Gregg and Debra Elenbaas; 2 sisters, Marianne and David Costello, and Kathy and Paul Ziegler; Many nieces, nephews and cousins
A memorial service will be 2:00pm Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Second Reformed Church, 225 E. Central Ave., Zeeland.
Visitation will be from 1-2:00pm prior to the service at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Harbor Humane Society.
