To the Family of Kevin,
I am so so sorry this tragedy has touched your family. When I was notified of Kevin's transition into His Saviour's arms it literally drew the air from my lungs. Kevin was very special to me. He walked into my life at church 6 years ago when Karen and I experienced the home going of our daughter Dana due to a tragic auto accident.. Kevin's quiet support and expressed love grew into a friendship at church. He would come sit by us if he saw where we were seated. If I saw him seated I would sit by him. He always sought me out in the lobby of church to check up on me and make sure I was doing ok.
Kevin was graced by God to always know just what to say and more importantly what not to say to someone in fresh grief. I will always remember Kevin as a warrior in God's Kingdom and a gentle giant here on earth.
I will look forwad to the day when I enter heaven and together with Dana and Kevin Praise our Saviour King Jesus.
Continued prayers for the family. 🙏💕

Definitely going to miss Kevin. We graduated from high school together and over the years I was able to attend church with him several times at about four different churches. I admired his love for Christ as he always went out of his way to invite me to church and invite me to Bible studies if I was able to make it knowing that I never really had a home Church. I will also miss the times that we went out for pizza together on Friday nights. And thanks for the fun time we had at MIS. Rest in peace buddy until we meet again.

I can still remember our time spent at grandpa’s place on the lake and at the blueberry patch. One time in particular was when I was probably about 8 he was about 14 he fashioned a sail out of a crude wood frame and newspaper. He proceeded out on the lake on a very windy day to try it out. He asked if I wanted to go with him but I thought it would be safer if I just watched from shore. It worked pretty good but he was unable to maintain control and ended up crashing into a couple of fishermen. I thought he was pretty awesome for not only making the sail but having the courage to try it out. I remember him having some pretty cool ideas. As life gets busy we end up going separate ways and losing that young, innocent ,fun relationship. I miss those times and I’ll miss Kevin
