

Mark was born in Jackson, MI Aug. 19, 1970. He was the owner and operator of “Jack of All Trades” construction company, was a compassionate craftsman and woodworker. Mark was a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as a medic. In his spare time, Mark and his friends would be found reenacting Medieval Time on an agreed upon “Fun Day” twice a year. A self-proclaimed conspiracy theorist, Mark enjoyed spirited discussions with family and friends alike. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Jane and Ernie Grindstaff, Carl and Mildred Ott; and his step father Milton Boerigter.
He is survived by his wife Kate of Holland; son Ethan Voss; many others that he and Kate took under their wings as their own; mother Carolyn Boerigter; father Michael Grindstaff; parents-in-law Dave and Pat Voss; many extended family and friends.
Per his wishes, cremation will take place. A private service will take place with immediate family, and a public celebration will take place at the Park Theatre in Holland at a later time to be announced by family.
