Paula was born in Terre Haute, IN, November 23, 1941 to Paul and Helen (Dupee) Perkins. She was a teacher at Tri Central Schools in Indiana for many years prior to retiring.
Paula was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Krasl Art Center in the St. Joseph area for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ivan “Ray” Richardson Jr.
Surviving are her daughter Sherri (Ryan) Roth, and her son Marcus Richardson; 2 grandchildren Autumn (Isaac) Knol, and Emily Roth; sister Dianne (Jerry) Cockerham, many extended family and friends.
