Ronald Allen Freeman

Ron spent most of his life employed as a truck driver. When he wasn’t driving truck he loved to ride his Harley, spend time with his family and friends or experiment in the kitchen cooking for his children and grand children.

Ron had a contagious smile, a generous heart and was loved by many. He was always helping people and giving whatever he could and never asked for anything in return. He also loved to show off his skills of playing pool.

Ron is preceded in death by his father John Freeman, mother Barbara Neff, and brother David Freeman.

He is survived by his children Rhonda (Sonny) Freeman-Singh of PA, John Freeman and Rita Freeman of Holland, and a sister Chealsea Freeman of San Antonio TX, grand children Ashlynn and Avana Singh and Josiah Varga, Aunts, several cousins and nieces and nephews.

Ron will be sadly missed and joyfully remembered by his loved ones and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm, Friday, April 22, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Zeeland, 246 W. Main Avenue, Zeeland, MI.

Visiting hours will be held for one hour prior to the service, from 11:00am-12:00pm, Friday, April 22, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Zeeland.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00pm, Friday April 22, 2016, at Overisel Cemetery, located on 143rd Avenue between 46th Street and 47th Street, Holland, MI.
