Rose was a devoted wife, having married Arlyn Jeurink on November 16, 1991. Her family was of utmost importance to her, and she is survived by her sons, Brian (Kris) Lowe, Jeff (Heather) Lowe, and Michael Haverdink; her daughter, Carrie (Steve) Turrell; her sister, Lisa Kouchnerkavich; and her stepsons, Mathew Jeurink and Nathan Jeurink; 7 grandkids and 2 great-grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Wiersema, her mother, Eileen Hicks, and her sister, Lori Adams.
Rose had a deep passion for Detroit Tigers Baseball and was a collector of nick-nacks. Her strong Christian faith was a guiding force in her life. She was quick to make an impact on the lives of those around her, leaving a lasting legacy of kindness and compassion.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on November 6, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Lighthouse Christian Ministries (13858 Lincoln Grand Haven, MI 49417).
Rose will be remembered for her warmth, her dedication to her family, and her unwavering faith.
