I have known Sandy for years as she is a sister to one of my close friends.  Every time  I went in Carpet Bonanza she would greet my husband and I with a  big hug.  She was such fun to talk to and always so friendly.   I also know the love she had for her family.  My deepest sympathy goes to her husband Tom, son Jason and her beloved Grandchildren.   She will truly be missed !  RIP Sandy  and even though you are gone too soon, you are in a better place. ❤️

I remember Sandy as a fun lady. Our  boys Ross and Jason went to South Olive Christian School together.  A few years ago I seen Sandy at Becca's (my daughter in law) baby shower.   Sandy was so sweet we were like 2 South Olive  mom's catching up. I can hear her talking with love all over her face when she was talking about Jason and his family. See you in heaven  some day.   RIP my friend

Tom and jason words cannot tell you how sorry me and pam are. We have so many good memories of her. Her hugs always a positive  attitude to others. The gems program was always so important to her. Seen her a few weeks ago at work and as usual a hug and a smile. No words can tell you how sorry I am. She is in heaven and she is finding out how many girls lifes she changed in gems and the people she touched. I will be praying for you both that God will keep you in the palm of his hand and wrap you in his love.

I remember sandy as being a loving and caring person she will greatly be missed i loved seeing her smiling face everytime i went to gems i remember it was like yesterday jason and family and  tom you will be in my prayers from Merikay Elisabeth Marsman

Sandy was such a faithful gems leader! I will always remember her love for the  girls and the beautiful smile she always wore on her face. Sandy was a giver who would help anyone at anytime! So truly sorry to her of her passing

I was so saddened when I read that Sandy had become terminally ill.    She was a beautiful soul that was a friend to all -- whether the person was a teenager or an elderly person.  And yet, she had a little sass too (I loved that about her)!!  Jan, I remember meeting you for the first time because you had her exact laugh -- I figured you had to be related to Sandy, so I walked up to you at church and asked!  I will be thinking of you all in the days and weeks ahead as you mourn the loss of someone so special.
