OBITUARY

Tyler Alberda

September 24, 1994June 13, 2020

Tyler Alan Alberda, age 25, passed away on June 13, 2020. Tyler passed away doing something he loved the most…riding motorcycles! Growing up and living in the country, Tyler was able to hunt, trap, fish, and shoot. He enjoyed camping at the beach and our last family vacation together many memories were created at Yellowstone and the Teton Mountains. A hard working young man, he found himself working for CSI Construction and Legacy Steel after high school. He often channeled a laser like focus into his favorite activities, including his passion for working on cars, his favorite being the Audi. Tyler was drawn to vehicles of all kinds, including motorcycles or in his words “rockets” and dirt bikes, which he would ride daily in the gravel pits near his home. If ever there was a friend that needed something, Tyler was eager to be there, ready to help. With an unforgettable smile and contagious laugh Tyler was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Tyler leaves behind his parents Ryan and Heather Alberda, brother Elliot, and sister Olivia; Additional family members: Terry and Kristy Isenga, Peter and Jan Alberda, Robert and Pam Rynsburger; and Chris Rynsburger; Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved friends. A memorial service to celebrate Tyler’s life will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 2:00pm at Moran Park Church, 97 W 22nd St, in Holland. The family will greet visitors an hour prior to services. I remember Tyler as a young child at Sandyview Elementary. He was in my son, Nicholas' class. Nicholas and Tyler became friends quickly because they both loved the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and trapping. I was happy when Tyler would come to our house because he was very polite and sweet. I will always have fond memories of Tyler. May God comfort Tyler's family and friends.

Max and I remember when we were all staying at the cabin in White Cloud several years ago when Tyler was real young. He wanted to ride the lawn mower and told just not to gun it. Right, tell that to a young boy! He went real slow, constantly looking back at the adults sitting by the campfire. As soon as he was out of sight - ZOOM! He would gun that mower all the way down the drive and back, until he was approaching the ' sight zone'. I believe we all had some good laughs on how he thought we didn't know what he was doing. I wonder if this started his love for the vehicles... 😉
