Rosie Odle, age 62, of Holland passed away on August 6, 2013, almost 1 year to the day when she lost her battle with cancer, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg surrounded by her loving family. Rosie was born in Tell City, Indiana on February 19, 1951 to Ambrose & Florence (Holland) Kleeman. She married the love of her life, Dennis Odle, in Tell City on June 28, 1969. Rosie was a manager for over 44 years at Loma Linda’s Mexican Restaurant and was a partner in Barons Café, Swanton. Even after she left, she would take popcicles & gatoraid to the employees because she knew how hot it was. Always put others first and when you met her once you were family. Her daughter was her rock and best friend and grandkids were her life, pride and joy. She enjoyed playing cards, cornhole and having family time. A devoted wife, mother, mamaw, sister and friend she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Surviving is her loving husband of 44 years, Dennis; daughter, Bonnie Denise (Ron) McCullough; son, Dennis (Angie) Odle, II; considered family, Jesus (Ashley) Castillo; grandchildren, Tony & Amber McCullough; Cody & Jordan Odle; twin brother, Ronnie Joe (Debra) Kleeman; and brother, Danny (Delores) Kleeman and step-brother, Don Wagner. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Scott & Sue Worthan.
Friends will be received in the Neville Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland (419-865-8879) from 2-8 pm Sunday where funeral services will take place at 11 am Monday August 12, 2013. Burial will be private. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
