

Phyllis was a cashier for The Andersons for 20 years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of the United Brethren Church where she was a treasurer, taught Sunday school and was head of the WMA. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cooking, crafts and spending time with her grandchildren.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Karen (Bud) Grindstaff and son, Gary (Bonnie) Kramer; grandchildren, Lori (Marc) St. Amour, Jeff (Julie) Grindstaff, Betty “Betsy” Duncan, Wendy Gerity and Brenda (Chris) McCullough; twelve great-grandchildren; expecting a great-great-grandson in March; nephew, Glen; nieces, Carol, Jean and Ruthie. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, James and Dale; daughter-in-law, Kathleen; grandson, Nathan and nephew, Jim.
Friends will be received on Monday, November 12, 2012 from 11-1 P.M. at Neville Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Hwy, Holland, Ohio (419-865-8879) where funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis’ name to the Swanton Church of the Nazarene.
