Adrian Demetrius Grimes

Adrian was born in Pensacola, FL on November 15, 1985. He graduated from East Lake High School in Chula Vista, CA.

Adrian was married to Luthmie Jean on February 29, 2016; they were married 8 years. 

Adrian worked as a Security Officer for Allied Universal where he was well-liked by his superiors and co-workers. He enjoyed working with computers; watching various genres of movies and had an interest in writing and music. 

Adrian is survived by his spouse, Luthmie Jean; mother, LaRita Smith (Ronald); Sisters Alicia Fuentes, Keashia, Kareachia, Courtnie, and Ashley Benboe; step-siblings, Antione Smith, and Aria Lampkin (Isheam); a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Special Friends, Mr and Mrs Allen and son, Torry; and his barber, Patrick Harris; Special Coworkers, Jenny Mojica, Patrick Hohn, Edward Summons.

Adrian is preceded in death by his father, Kevin M Benboe. 

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to a charity of your choice. The family of Adrian Demetrius Grimes wishes to thank Fred Hunter’s Funeral Service staff of Hollywood, FL; The City Church of Ft. Lauderdale; and Allied Universal for the kindness, support, and generosity provided during our time of grief.
