

Born in Orange, New Jersey on March 1, 1942, son of Anthony and Philomena (Franklin) Di Meo. Raised in Orange, New Jersey, Sal graduated from Orange High School. Following high school, he enlisted in the United States Army, serving his county during the Vietnam War.
In 1975, Sal moved from Livingston, New Jersey to Plantation, Florida. For many years he worked for the Park and Recreation Division for the City of Hollywood. He met the love of his life, Patricia "Patti" Trivone and they dated for the next 27 years and decided to marry in September of 2002. Patti passed away in October 2, 2015. He was an avid football and baseball fan, especially the New York Giants.
Survived by two sons, Ronald Trivone and his partner, David Monter, Kevin Trivone and his fiancée, Maureen Beauregard, his sister, Rose Jacobs, two nephews, Walter and Donald Jacobs, two nieces, Lisa Tobin and Laurie Boginsky. In addition to his beloved wife, Patti Trivone Di Meo, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-lawn Walter Jacobs.
Visitation on Thursday, September 7th from 10:00 ~ 11:30 A.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Street Hollywood, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Nativity Catholic Church, 5220 Johnson Street, Hollywood. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
Alfonse will be laid to rest with his wife Patti, at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, following the Mass.
