Alfred Addonisio, 77, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at his residence. He was born October 22, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY, to Vincent and Sylvia (Karp) Addonisio. Alfred moved to South Florida in 1978, a member of the Knights of Columbus and a former member St. Matthias Catholic Church in Ridgewood, NY.
He is survived by his son, Darren Nicholas Addonisio & his fianc, Tracy Montes of Fort Mill, SC.; daughter, Dineen Marie Franchina & her husband Philip Antonio Franchina of Lighthouse Point; grandchildren, Nicholas, Danielle, Adrianna, Ashleigh, Brittani, Melissa, Amber, Niko and Dominic; great granddaughter Siena and sister, Lorretta Bacus of Tamarac, FL. He is preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Addonisio; his parents; sister, Rosemary Ferrara Sigel and grandson, Joey Grosso.
The family will receive friends in the Funeral Home, Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 9:30 am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 380 S. Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach 33441 with entombment to follow in Boca Raton Mausoleum with Military Honors by the Marine Corp.
