Andrew Persaud

Andrew Persaud, 43 of Pembroke Pines Florida, departed this world on March 8, 2021. Andrew was born in Georgetown, Guyana on April 24,1977. He graduated from Bishops High School and continued to become a pilot. Andrew and Amanda Persaud were married on March 17, 2003; and in 17 wonderful years together, were blessed with 3 beautiful boys. Luke, Liam, & Levi.Andrew’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time he lived. He touched many lives in his endeavors and made friends in every aspect of his life. However, he exuded a single pointed devotion to the love of his dear wife Amanda and his three sons. He made their happiness his highest priority and shielded them from all storms. Andrew lived a beautiful love story with Amanda and unbounding love for his family inspired him to devote all his energies towards their comfort and security.Andrew was a licensed private pilot but pursued entrepreneurial ventures in procurement and export businesses, as well as aviation ventures. He loved flying and was a big fan of car racing, especially Formula 1. He will be missed for his kindness, unbounding passion for life and his ready smile.Andrew is survived by his wife Amanda and three children as well as his mother Dularie and brother Nicholas, and many other family and lifelong friends. He is preceded in death by his dad Fredrick Persaud and his dear younger sister Amanda Geeta Persaud. The family of Andrew Persaud wishes to thank all the many friends and family who have shared their support and compassion at this time of their loss.A funeral Mass will be read by Father Albert at St. Edward Catholic Church, 19000 Pines Blvd., Tuesday March 23, 2021, 11:00am.Visitation will take place on Tuesday March 23, 2021 at 5 p.m. at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood Florida.Hindu Last Rites and Cremation will take place on Wednesday March 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida.
